Hello, and welcome to our site and user agreement. Please read this user agreement carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use this site and software.

Our services:
Hcu-client.com provides unlock and repair service for Huawei phones.

Service legality:
Physical number repair developed for original physical numbers restoration. Any illegal IMEI/MEID manipulations are not allowed and done at user’s own responsibility. Developer or hcu-client.com does not take responsibility for any misuse of this software.
Unlocking is legal in most countries, customers are required to check local laws before purchasing our service. hcu-client.com is not responsible for any law infringements made by its customers.

Member responsibility:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Mass usage limitation:
Some of our services require special resources. Due to resource limit we must limit our services too. Huawei phones is limited 30/day or 500 phones/year. Service for DIG (Diego) phones is limited also. In 24 hours it is possible to make repair/rework/read bootloader and etc. for 5 pieces DIG (Diego) phones only. Empty board repair is limited to 5 per day.
Limit applies to the user or company. Maximum 1 account for 1 user or company. Users with duplicate accounts or more than 1 dongle will be blocked without warning.
Please contact for support or reseller for mass unlock agreement.

3 days time license is for personal use only and limited to all procedures for 3 phones.
1 month time license limited to all procedures for 10 phones.
Mass usage possible with dongles or 1-2 year accounts only.

Registration and account:
Hcu-client.com services are provided to registered users only. Registration is automatic and user becomes registered after payment for service is done. Username and password (account details) are sent to user’s provided e-mail.

Account expiration:
Account valid for 1 month and can not be used later. After 1 month new account must be purchased even if old contained credits.

Account block:
Hcu-client.com has a right to block member account if any harmfull activity like monitoring, sniffing, scanning, sharing or dissasembling software is being used at same time with HCU client software. Account can be blocked without additional warning if any harmful activity detected.

Payment and prices:
Repair/unlock service provided by hcu client software is paid. Service prices are provided in credits needed for each operation.
Payment done using web page are accepted only. Payment can be done only by provided payment methods.

Refund:
If you had not used your credits you can contact us for the refund. Paypal and Hipay payments can be refunded only.
Refund can not be done in these circumstances:
Problem solving due refund is needed is in process;
Dispute on Paypal opened without contacting us for help;
User does not accept our help, does not follow our advice to solve problem.

Questions and support:
Questions regarding hcu client problems, software usage can be provided to our support by live chat in Hcu-client.com page.
Hcu-client.com is able to offer support in getting the phone unlocked/repaired using the software only. Device configuration after unlock/repair is left to user.

Guarantee:
Hcu-client.com does not guarantee, that all devices will be unlocked or repaired. As some times phone is been tried unlocking before, upgraded to wrong firmware version.
